18 teams from schools in the Littlehampton and Angmering areas participated in the annual Sport Without Boundaries Boccia event.
Teams played in two round robin competitions and after 7 matches the final positions were as follows:
1st Lyminster ‘A’
2nd Georgian Gardens ‘A’
3rd White Meadows ‘A’
A player from each school was chosen to receive a medal for either being the player who made the most progress, the player who displayed the best sportsmanship or the player who demonstrated good captaincy and tactics. A very difficult task for staff choosing!
Sports Leaders from Angmering were as ever ‘top draw’. Many thanks to them for being so wonderful and willing to volunteer their time to help at the event. Thank you also to Mr Richards who has trained them and to Mr Jenner who supported them at the event.
